How we handle your data.
Helm holds financial records, so the rules we run on should be readable in one sitting. This page is the short version; the full terms and privacy policy are available on request while we finalise them.
What we collect
The records you put into the product — transactions, invoices, projects, team accounts. We do not buy data about you from anyone else.
Where it lives
Data is stored encrypted at rest and in transit. Sri Lankan customer data is held in-region where our infrastructure supports it, and otherwise in Singapore.
Who can see it
Access inside your account is role-based and set by you. Inside Vorian, access is limited to the engineers on call and logged, and only for support or incident response.
Agents and models
Your data is used to run the agents in your account. It is not used to train foundation models.
Leaving
You can export your books and records at any time in open formats. Close the account and we delete the data within thirty days, minus what we are legally required to retain.
